semi-lame weekend...

Well, so far I've punted going to three different parties I was planning on going to, for lack of... energy, I guess? Not sure what's going on with me. I haven't done any more coding on my project, and I spent a lot of Friday asleep.

On the other hand, I did help a couple friends move in the past few days, so at least I have something to point at as timesink and accomplishment. I just didn't offer as much help as I would have liked, in one case, due to the aforementioned sleeping all day on Friday.

In other news, I landed a very, very short-term contracting job with an ex-employer of mine... Should be fun, and it'll be good to get out of the house.

Need more music in my life.

Sometimes sleeping too much can make you more tired. Perhaps you need a morning appointment for yourself, such as a morning walk, which would also be a fairly good way of waking up your motabolism for the day. But even just making an effort to be out of bed and showered by a certain time might make you feel a little less lethargic. Showers are an important transition point for me during the day.
