irony is...

feeling this crappy after what felt like a good first day of living healthy. Salad (w/ chicken) for lunch, a tiny low-calorie dessert, no snacking at work... maybe the lack of appetite was a prelude to what was to come.

Whenever Jill & I switch to "full on healthy eating" after being off the wagon for a while, we feel awful as a lot of the crap and toxicity works it's way out of our bodies.

By the 2nd or 3rd day, we feel GREAT. Becuase all that crap is gone.

Hang in there, man. You're doing awesome.
