So long, Trippi

You did right by us, but I guess we need to try to play their game after all, instead of playing our own. It worked so well for so long!

Howard Dean Replaces His Campaign Manager, from the Associated Press.

In a possibly related blurb from ABC News' The Note:
Following the Governor's speech, "I Won't Back Down" piped through the gymnasium as volunteers pulled Dean signs off the walls. Sitting at the edge of stage--Joe Trippi, Steve McMahon and Paul Maslin. When asked what happened in New Hampshire, Trippi said, "I'm not talking to you." His response to why was "Because the media is a pain in the ass."

I have hardly been following the race at all, but hearing about Dean's so-called "freakout" concession speech actually made me *more* interested in him as a candidate. I like people with some fire in them, esp. if they might become Commander-In-Chief of the troops that protect me.

very very glad to hear how well your relationship's going, BTW. :):):)
