But the weird thing (or maybe not weird at all) was that the next day, for breakfast, I made sure to eat only a little... and then I had a healthy lunch, and... well... I didn't snack at all during the day. No urge, not even a little. So maybe my urge to snack during the day is honest-to-goodness hunger.
How... do I use this information?
I've got a ton of frozen veggies in my fridge, and I'm going to make some of the really good spaghetti sauce one of these days, and... I've got onions I've been putting on sandwiches, and, um, tomatoes... I've been trying to eat at home, be healthy, and... Ah, whatever. I'll see how this week goes.
Last night at my mom's birthday dinner, I had been planning on ordering a steak... At the last minute I switched over to the "all-you-can-eat fish fry"... The good news is, the fish was easily seperated from the breading, and it tasted better without it, really. So even with that mistake, that moment of weakness when I ordered the fried fish. I do think I would have enjoyed the steak more, now; it just turns out that I happened to pick the healthy thing. Totally randomly.
