cooking class

Anyone for taking something at the Cambridge Culinary Institute? Maybe a Knife Skills, or Back to Basics (which is a series of six courses... hmm)

I see "Warming Fall - Stews from the Mediterranean" coming up...

I was thinking of taking classes there. Do they have a website or pamphlets or something?

Ooh, maybe. I'm away over Columbus Day weekend, though.

Knife Skills could be cool.

I totally would, if I felt like I could justify the cost. One of the reasons I should perhaps get a "real job". :/

The ones I lust over are knife skills and (particuarly) the chocolate and sugar work week of the Sweet Temptations Series. The chocolate course (as a subset of the chocolate/sugar week, I guess) would be nice, too.

The bread class (All Your Knead) would likely be highly useful to me, especially now that I've been bakig a lot of breads. I'm sure I'd love Plating as well.

Well, now I'm all bummed, thanks. :P

Also hungry. At least I baked some yummy focaccia yesterday

(Gee, can you tell I've thought about this before? :)
