Let's make this one a meme...

(Stolen from srakkt)

In Dover, Pa., voters ousted school board members who ordered a statement on intelligent design read in biology class, with eight incumbent Republicans being replaced by Democrats who want the concept stripped from the science curriculum. The election unfolded amid a landmark federal trial involving the Dover public schools and the question of whether intelligent design promotes the Bible's view of creation.

This win must be trumpeted from the rooftops!

While this is emphatically good news, this was way too close.

ehh. i’m glad the decision came down the way it did, but i have a difficult time seeing it as a victory. how does the decision in Dover ensure that problems like this won’t arise in other places in the future?

Not to rain on the parade, but you did see the Kansas decision, right? This is far from over.
