The conflict is a lot more grounded this season, a lot more *real*, now that things have settled down a bit on the Cylon front. It may be worth picking back up, or not.

It's always better when the conflict is human vs. human, rather than human vs. monster. Which is why I find it so hard to run a D&D game.

They don't. But the easy-to-run ones are.

See, that's where I'm different. I'd say that making 6 NPCs and bedeviling the PCs with them would be easier than constantly coming up with a stream of new monsters to throw at them.

Maybe that's because it's easier for me to get into six NPCs' heads and figure out how they'd make the PCs' lives miserable than it is to juggle all those monster statistic blocks...

Am I just crazy?
